Other than that make sure you devices are not being disconected because you are too far away from modem. Also make sure than modem is in open space, above ground and not being near any other electronics such as microwave, fridge, tv, etc.

Plus in the Smart home manager tool tab you can run channel scan on your modem. You can also use Smart home manager to run the speed test that measures speed directly to your modem.

Also if you are using diferent network name/ssid and password than the one thats writen on the modem, after the factory reset you need to go to smart home manager app, login with your member id, and change the network name plus password to the one that you want so that way you dont have to reconect all your diveces individually. All light should go off except the power light, then wait 10 to 15 minutes. Just hold down the red reset button on the back side of the modem for 30 seconds and them release it. Did you already tried rebooting both Modem/RG + ONT ? If that doesnt help, you can also try doing Facroty reset of Modem. Just make sure when this occur there is no red alarm light.
